David has been helping clients through the real estate journey for over 46 years. With over 6,100 closed sales his ‘real world’ knowledge is very extensive. David is an expert in residential and commercial, existing homes and new construction, land and development, plus all the complexities of real estate. Based on performance, David is ranked in the top ½% of national real estate agents and highly regarded within the industry for his integrity, experience, and professionalism.
David and his family have resided in Corcoran, MN since 1987 where he served as a general contractor in the construction of his own log home on 15 acres. David is in the process of publishing his autobiography called, “Shoeshine Boy – the Life of a Foster Kid”. It will describe his life before college as a welfare kid. He and his wife Heidi have been married since 1980 and have 6 children. They are very involved in their local church volunteering in many areas. He is also involved with Camp Shamineau in Motley, MN. David’s hobbies include: hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, working in his woodshop and being with his 6 grandkids.
Kyle has been in real estate for 10 years and has had the privilege of helping thousands of families through the process of selling and buying. Jonna Cross has a background of teaching and education as she taught a classroom of sweet first graders for 5 years. She then joined her husband, Kyle in real estate 7 years ago. She is passionate about ensuring that every client is getting the utmost care and attention at every stage of the real estate process. Her commitment is to epitomize renowned service and she excels at this. In the increasingly competitive housing market, Jonna distinguishes herself by the level of professionalism that she brings to the systems, marketing and organization within real estate. Rest assured, when working with Jonna you will know that the service she provides will not only be exceptional but also tailored to meet the specific needs you have.
Jonna is a new mom and enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle and son, Ellis. When she is not working you can find her out on a walk with a bubble tea in hand or hanging out with family.
Nancie’s passion is to help her clients achieve their dreams through home ownership. She values each person’s uniqueness and it excites her to gain understanding and work hard on their behalf. Born and raised in Minnesota, she has knowledge of different communities and has a wide range of experience with everything from condominiums to properties with acreage.
In her free time, you may find Nancie walking or running with her dog in the Park Reserve, or if she’s really lucky, riding horses. She is blessed with a wonderful and active family which includes 3 grandsons.

Steve is a partner in the Foy – Cross Group, and has been a business owner for the past 20 years. Steve’s desire is to help homeowners buy and sell great properties, and investors build wealth by finding properties to rehab or hold for long term growth.
In his spare time you might find Steve exercising, volunteering at church, enjoying good food, or cheering on the local sports franchises.

Kevin started in the real estate market in 2001 and specializes in new construction and representing buyers. With an extensive background in construction, he knows the ins and outs of almost every home. Acreage properties and older homes are one of his strong suits. He really enjoys helping clients find their piece of heaven.
Minerva is the Executive Assistant for the Foy-Cross Group. She is responsible for assisting the team as well as our clients to make sure everyone is set up for success.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Travel Management and has 6 years of experience working in sales, marketing, customer service, and teaching. These experiences have sharpened her analytic abilities. She takes initiative and completes tasks without hesitation. She has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, as well as providing timely, accurate information to the team.
Minerva spends her days managing the administrative aspects of projects and making sure our clients are taken care of in the selling, buying or investing process. She keeps the team up-to-date on their work, manages the calendars, and acts as a team communicator. She also conducts research whenever needed on different topics.
When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying a good cup of coffee at home, spending time with her dogs and family members—and if there is enough time in the day for it—traveling.
Elizabeth is the Marketing Manager for the Foy-Cross Group. She has a BA of Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Coming from a professional background in marketing and making the switch to real estate almost 5 years ago was an easy decision as she has a deep love for all things home, renovations and design.
Elizabeth spends her days making sure that we are cohesively presenting our brand across all our marketing channels and marketing your home! Through all that she does, her goal is to cast your home in the best possible light to catch the attention of potential buyers.
Having lived in Minnesota her entire life, she loves everything this state has to offer, especially summer. Elizabeth lives in the east suburbs with her husband Aiden, two kids and dog Frankie. When she’s not working, you can find her chasing after her kids, hanging out with her family, dreaming up the next home renovation project or drinking iced coffee.
Bonnie Johnson has been with the David Foy Group since 1992. As the longest serving Team Member, she has had experience in both the listing and pending sales process of Real Estate. She presently serves in the capacity for our Team’s financials and bookkeeping plus she fills in for other Team members when needed.
As a licensed Realtor, Bonnie also works with her clients in buying & selling Real Estate.
Bonnie & her husband Dave live in Maple Grove. They have 4 adult children and 10 grandchildren which keeps them busy, but they would have it no other way
Michael is our team assistant who brings youthful enthusiasm and a passion for real estate to our team. Currently dual-enrolled at Annandale High School and Saint Cloud State University, Michael is on a fast paced academic journey. His goal is to graduate high school with an AA degree and then pursue his BA and MBA, all while pursuing his dreams in the real estate industry.
From a young age, Michael has shown a keen interest in the world of real estate, and he is eagerly working towards obtaining his license this September when he turns 18. He thrives on engaging with home buyers and sellers, guiding them through each step of their exciting adventure. With a focus on building genuine connections, Michael truly believes in the philosophy of “sell homes not houses.”
In his free time, Michael enjoys staying active on the tennis court and golf course. His drive, ambition, and commitment to exceptional customer service make him a valuable asset to our team. As Michael continues to learn and grow in the field of real estate, we are confident that his dedication and fresh perspective will provide tremendous value to our clients.
